Curriculum
For admission in the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 academic year, students are required to complete a minimum of 30 credits, including:
Required Courses
College core requirements: 8 credits
Major core requirements: 6 credits
Master’s thesis: 6 credits
Elective Courses
Electives: 10 credits
(Up to 10 credits may be taken from graduate-level courses in other departments or degree programs across the TMU and counted toward this requirement)
Graduation Requirement:
Students must complete at least one micro-program (micro-credential) offered by the school of food safety graduate program.
