My Master’s in Food Safety at Taipei Medical University has been an incredible journey. Through the program, I gained strong academic knowledge and valuable experiences from dedicated professors, supportive classes, and labmates. I also served as a teaching assistant for undergraduate students in Food Microbiology and actively participated in competitions and events such as the Biology and Raw Material Manufacturing Innovation Golden Brain Award and the 52nd Taiwan Society of Food Science and Technology Conference. As an international student, these experiences made me feel included and welcomed. They also helped me strengthen my practical skills, professional connections, and confidence. I feel fortunate for the guidance and scholarship opportunities I received, which have helped me grow both professionally and personally. |
